Women's Self Defense Crash Course (5) $750 • 5 visits • This is a condensed training package, typically split into five 60 minute sessions. Its curriculum is designed to give an individual a foundation in self defense and learn how to escape from the most common types of attacks. There is no extra charge for a 2nd person to participate in the training sessions. The curriculum, format, number of sessions, etc. can all be customized for the student. Please ask an instructor about what could be created for you.
